The seasonal offer doesn’t name a year.
The homepage lists “10% Off all equipment installed in January & February” without saying which January or February.
WEBSITE REPLACEMENT CONCEPT
I reviewed Backslee’s public website and built a 10-page concept that organizes the service paths, clarifies the seasonal offers, and makes it easier to contact the team.
Illustrative Pexels stock—not Backslee staff or a company project. Photo sourceThe homepage lists “10% Off all equipment installed in January & February” without saying which January or February.
“$5 Off Your Next ServiceClick to print” appears as one continuous line on the public homepage.
The contact page requests a URL and full street address before visitors explain the service issue. The concept starts with service and city/ZIP.
These are observable copy and form-flow issues. No speed, leads, conversion, ranking, or revenue results are being claimed.
THE REPLACEMENT
Use the page navigation inside the preview, or open the complete site in its own tab.
Repair, new systems, light commercial, and comfort improvements have their own focused pages.
The concept removes unclear offer timing and the run-together print-coupon call-to-action.
The form prototype asks for service and city/ZIP before any additional project details.
History and the changing review count are attributed to Backslee’s pages. The concept adds no verified-license badge or fabricated review.
PROPOSED PILOT SCOPE · ONE-TIME PRICE
A defined 10-page replacement for Backslee to review before anything changes on the live site.
Domain, hosting, and third-party fees are excluded. Final scope, current contact details, and compatibility with existing hosting would be confirmed before production. No lead, conversion, ranking, or revenue guarantee.
IF THE CONCEPT IS USEFUL
Review the site at your own pace. Nothing has been installed on Backslee’s website; any production work would happen only after Backslee’s review and approval.
