Website replacement concept

A clearer HVAC website for Houston.

I reviewed CAF’s public website and built an unofficial, seven-page replacement concept that organizes its published residential, commercial, maintenance, and indoor air-quality services into clearer paths.

This is an independent demonstration, not affiliated with CAF. It has not changed the company’s live website. Photos are illustrative stock, not CAF people or projects.

The current website

Specific details that prompted the rebuild.

These are visible content issues on CAF’s public pages. I’m not claiming a measured speed, lead, or conversion problem.

01

A service card labeled “CONTEMPORARY HOME”

That phrase appears as the final item under the homepage’s Services section, so it is unclear which HVAC service the card represents.

02

Copy that reads like a draft

The homepage includes “We are fueled to commitment to excellence,” which makes the company’s service description harder to read smoothly.

03

Copyright line still says 2017

The current footer displays “©2017 BY CAF HVAC SOLUTIONS.” This concept replaces the dated line with clear company and demonstration details.

What changed

Put customer next steps first.

The concept uses publicly listed business details and flags information CAF should confirm before any production launch.

01

Service paths with purpose

Dedicated pages separate residential, commercial, maintenance, and indoor air-quality information.

02

Contact details stay visible

The company’s published email, phone, and hours are consistently presented across the concept.

03

A clearer estimate-request prototype

The proposed form organizes the request, but is labeled as a prototype and sends or stores nothing.

No customer quotes, review counts, licenses, awards, pricing, or company results are presented as verified. Stock photos are credited on the site and do not show CAF’s team or jobs.

Proposed first-project scope · one-time

$1,500 USD

A defined, seven-page replacement scope:

  • Responsive design for mobile and desktop
  • Home, service paths, service area, and contact
  • Clear phone, email, and estimate-request routes
  • Basic on-page SEO structure
  • Two review rounds

Domain, hosting, and third-party charges excluded. No lead, conversion, ranking, or revenue guarantee. Final scope and compatibility are confirmed before work begins.

If the concept is useful

Would an emailed rundown be helpful?

This preview is ready to review at your pace. If you would like, reply to the email that shared it and I’ll send a short summary of the changes and what would be needed to prepare it for production.

The concept has not been installed on CAF’s current website. Nothing goes live without CAF’s review and approval.
