UNOFFICIAL WEBSITE CONCEPTBuilt from public company information

A CONCEPT BUILT FOR C&M MECHANICAL

Bring the full mechanical-service mix into focus.

I reviewed C&M’s public website and built an unofficial replacement concept around the residential, commercial and specialty systems the company lists.

Independent concept for review. It is not C&M’s live website and does not change the existing site.

CURRENT WEBSITE → REPLACEMENT

What I noticed
and reworked.

The current site contains detailed service and project information. The concept restructures it so home, commercial and specialty-system visitors can find a clearer next step.

CURRENT SITE

Useful details are packed into one long page.

The public page combines residential and commercial services, data-center equipment, project categories and contact details in one scroll. The page also repeats several calls to action, uses “contact us!!!” and “Financiamiento Disponible!!!,” and lists “AIR HANDLER INTALLATION.”

The footer still shows ©2018, while the page presents the whole service mix on a single page.

REPLACEMENT CONCEPT

Separate the audience and equipment types.

This concept organizes information into distinct residential, commercial, repair, project, service-area and contact pages.

  • Commercial specialties such as Liebert/CRAC and chilled-water systems have their own path
  • Residential services are separated from commercial system enquiries
  • Published project categories are presented in a structured gallery
  • Contact and estimate actions are consistent across pages
  • Only company-published facts are used; unverified license status is omitted

01

Make specialties visible

Give commercial and data-center system types a clear, direct route.

02

Use the project list

Bring the specific equipment categories out of the long page.

03

Clarify the request

Use service-specific contact actions and one consistent contact area.

WEBSITE REPLACEMENT PILOT

A defined first project.

Proposed introductory replacement: up to 10 core pages, responsive design, basic on-page SEO, two review rounds and deployment to the existing domain if compatible.

Project scope would be confirmed with C&M before production. Hosting, domain and third-party charges are separate. No lead, ranking or revenue result is promised.

READY TO REVIEW

Take a look through the concept.

Start with the home page, then explore the residential, commercial and project-type pages.
